Job description
Accountmanager
Do you want to play a key role in driving the growth, development, and positive impact of an ambitious healthcare scale-up? As a dynamic Accountmanager, you will be the face of Momo Medical for healthcare organizations in your region, working with your team to expand our impact. We are looking for an Accountmanager for the Ruhr region.
Who is Momo?
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up based in Delft, tackling one of the biggest societal challenges: the future of elderly care. Over the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. Our innovative solutions aim to reduce the pressure on healthcare workers while improving the quality of care. In short: enhancing the quality of life for nursing home residents and creating more job satisfaction for care professionals.
Most valuable aspects on the role
📋 You bring in new pilot projects with healthcare organizations, ensure they convert into long-term partnerships, and support their continued growth (32-40h/week).
🚀 You have at least 2 years of sales experience, are persistent, and can communicate effectively at different levels within an organization.
⭐ A competative salary + a bonus for achieved results, a company car for nationwide travel, a flexible work schedule, and training & coaching from our in-house sales coach.
😄 You spend at least six half-days per week on the road, meeting with healthcare organizations in your region.
💛 You contribute to better care for nursing home residents and help reduce the workload for healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities
As an Accountmanager at Momo, you are the face of Momo Medical for both existing and potential healthcare organizations. Your mission is successful when care professionals in your region are enthusiastic and the management team of a healthcare organization has signed a partnership. You build strong relationships with management teams, innovation managers, and location managers within healthcare organizations, leading to sustainable partnerships. This applies to both new and existing clients in your region. You act as a trusted partner at the management and executive level.
Your key responsibilities include:
Acquiring new healthcare organizations by offering a free three-month pilot period. You proactively approach care organizations, engage with management teams, and identify their core challenges.
Launching and successfully completing pilot periods, ensuring that healthcare organizations are eager to continue working with us. You remain their main point of contact and involve key decision-makers throughout the process.
Expanding existing relationships by maintaining and strengthening partnerships with key accounts, aiming to scale our solution across multiple locations.
Being on the road – at least six half-days per week meeting with executives, location managers, and project leaders.
Continuous learning and development – At Momo, we value growth. This means giving and receiving feedback, embracing mistakes as learning opportunities, sharing your ideas, thinking strategically about Momo’s growth, and working proactively on your own development.
Who are you?
You have commercial experience, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or SaaS company. You are comfortable interacting with different roles within an organization, from executives to frontline care professionals.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a broad role where you were responsible for the entire commercial process. You are confident, persistent, love challenges, and are eager to keep learning.
You are able to communicate at the management level, engaging with executives and location managers in a clear yet tactful manner (the healthcare sector has its own unique dynamics). You are an active listener and curious: What are their challenges? What does this organization need? And how can we collaborate to solve the biggest challenges in elderly care?
Why join Momo Medical
You want to use your skills and experience to make a visible impact in elderly care, both in Germany and internationally.
You thrive in a fast-growing scale-up where no two days are the same.
You enjoy working with enthusiastic and talented colleagues towards a shared goal while having fun along the way.

Salary: €4.500 - €6.000 (based on 40h) + performance-based bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
