Production Tiger - Procurement Specialist

As a Production Tiger at Momo, you'll work with a motivated team who source, assemble, repair and post-fabricate all the products we supply to healthcare professionals so they can do their jobs to the best of their ability.
Who is Momo?
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers.
The most valuable aspects of the role
🚀 You assemble all kinds of sensors, ensuring that we can always deliver.
🎖️ Besides assembly, you’ll be at the heart of our production processes, responsible for finding the right parts, negotiating deals, and making sure everything is ordered.
🔥€2500-3500 (based on 40 hours), pension, Thursday pizza night, Friday afternoon drinks, team activities, travel allowance and opportunities to grow where you want.
📌 You will work 5 days a week in our production area in Delft surrounded by amazing and dedicated colleagues.
These are your responsibilities
As a production tiger, you make sure that there is enough stock at all times of all the different sensors we supply to healthcare organizations. This way care workers can be confident that they will never run out. In addition, you will be working weekly to improve all current production processes. Futhermore, you will work on:
Procurement of all the different parts and components needed for (the assembly of) different sensors.
Optimize and scale all current production processes so that we can double in numbers each year.
Make things better, whether it's our processes, products, colleagues, or ourselves! You will try to find a way 🙂

32-40 hours p/w, depending on your preference
Salary of €2500-3500 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and qualifications, plus 8% vacation pay
