Job description
Are you looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing environment? Are you passionate about making Momo Medical more sustainable? We are looking for a student interested in starting with Momo’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, which includes conducting risk and stakeholder analyses. You will use a combination of research, data gathering, and storytelling to establish the foundation for our initial ESG report and advise Momo on how to increase its impact on the healthcare industry in the future.
Topics you will be working on:
Environment - Mapping Momo’s environmental footprint and finding ways to reduce our impact.
Social Impact - Understanding how our work improves lives and workplace well-being, and identifying ways to increase our positive effect on everyone involved in the value chain.
Governance - Reviewing our policies and data practices to ensure responsible operations.
Who is Momo?
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft that focuses on one of society's biggest challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of the current workforce will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on caregivers and improve the quality of care. In short, we want to improve the quality of life for nursing home residents and increase the job satisfaction of caregivers.
What will you be doing?
Collaborate with other Momo teams to collect and organize data about Momo’s environmental footprint, social impact, and governance and ethics practices.
Map Momo’s current impact by conducting risk and stakeholder analyses.
Develop an ESG baseline report for Momo Medical that comprehensively covers our worldwide impact.
Create a practical roadmap for Momo that outlines its key ESG priorities and actions from 2026 to 2030.
Who are you?
You are passionate about making a positive impact on the healthcare industry.
You have a background in, or a strong interest in, sustainability, social impact, or innovation. We interpret these areas broadly, so if your studies or experiences align with the goals of this internship, we encourage you to apply!
You’re an outgoing team player who enjoys talking to colleagues across the company to collect data, ideas, and stories.
You have an affinity for data analysis and research.
You are open to hybrid working:
At least 3 days p/w in Delft with a team that enjoys doing sports, working, and eating together.
You speak English, and it is a plus if you speak Dutch.
This is why you want to be an intern at Momo
You want to make a difference in healthcare at home and abroad. You are excited about a fast-growing scale-up where no two days are the same. And you want to work with enthusiastic and talented international colleagues who all work hard to make healthcare a little bit better every day, and at the same time really enjoy lunch and (Friday) afternoon drinks together.
Make a difference for caregivers with an innovative solution.
The internship will last 8-12 weeks. We are flexible, so we would like to hear what works best for you!
32-40 hours/week, depending on your preference.
A compensation of €200 per month.
You’ll join a great team with Thursday evening pizza evening, Friday afternoon drinks, daily lunches, team events, and lots of fun!
