Job description
Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where your code really makes a difference? Are you a passionate developer who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges?
Join Momo Medical’s Interface Innovators team and build the internal tools that boost caregivers' experience and reduce bottlenecks for the company’s growth. Your code will streamline operations for production, support, and logistics teams serving nursing homes across Europe and North America.
Who is Momo?
Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up, tackling one of the biggest societal challenges: the future of elderly care. Over the next decade, demand for care is expected to double, while 30% of the current workforce is projected to retire. Our innovative solutions aim to reduce the pressure on healthcare workers while improving the quality of care for residents.
The most valuable aspects of the role
🚀 Your code helps improve the internal operation of a rapidly growing international company.
⚓ Work together with many teams, such as production, customer success, and hardware, to translate real-world problems into reliable software.
💛 You contribute to better care for nursing home residents and help reduce the workload for healthcare professionals.
📍 You’re available 32 - 40 hours per week and happy to spend at least 4 days per week with the team in Delft.
🎊 Thursday pizza nights, Friday drinks, team activities, travel allowance, pension plan, and plenty of growth opportunities that match your ambitions.
Your key responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary team, often several teams at once, you will work on innovative solutions that have a direct impact on healthcare professionals in the Netherlands and abroad. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, specialize or grow into a team leader role. You can work on the front-end or the back-end, or even better: both!
Your key responsibilities include:
Design, build, and maintain TypeScript services and React apps that power internal operations.
Work together with production, customer success, and hardware teams to translate real-world problems into reliable software.
Automate manual workflows and improve reliability through observability, testing, and CI/CD.
Mentor teammates, set technical direction, and help prioritize the roadmap.
Who are you?
You have an advanced skillset of React, Node, and TypeScript backed by a track record of delivering full-stack features end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
You validate your features with automated tests, using tools like Jest and Cucumber to keep the experience reliable.
You’re comfortable modelling data and tuning performance in relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
A good level of English is required, and it is a plus if you can speak Dutch.
You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the company and keeping multiple initiatives moving forward.
You’re available 32–40 hours per week and happy to spend at least four days a week with the team in Delft.
Why join Momo Medical?
Because you want to make a difference in healthcare at home and abroad. Because you are excited about a fast-growing scale-up where no two days are the same. And because you want to work with young, enthusiastic and talented international colleagues who all work hard to make healthcare a little bit better every day.
Salary: €4,000–5,000 (medior) or €5,000–6,000 (senior) per month based on 40 hours, plus 8% holiday allowance.
30 vacation days per year - including public holidays (celebrate Christmas, Eid Al-Fitr, or any other holiday of your choice!).
Hybrid working, and a laptop of your choice.
Pension plan and travel reimbursement
Guided mentorship and clear paths toward tech lead or specialist roles.
Provided lunches, weekly company drinks and dinners, and regular team and company events.

What are the next steps?
First, we’ll review your CV and motivation to get a sense of how you are and to envision how you might fit within our team. After that, you’ll receive a short take-home assignment that helps us understand how you think, and you get insights into the kind of work we do at Momo. The next step is a chat at our offices in Delft, where we can go more in-depth on the role, the team and the Momo culture. Then, as a final exploration, you’ll have the chance to spend a work-along day with us to experience a day at Momo and to meet more people working on the same mission. When both you and we see the match, we’ll share an offer and start the onboarding process so you can join us in supporting caregivers!
